United States Congress to pass the Honor the Written Intent of our                                                              
Soldier Heroes Act, was read the second time.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
